María Verónica Parra VillasmilEmail: maria-parra@utulsa.edu María Verónica Parra Villasmil was doing Petroleum and Chemical Engineering in two different universities at the same time. She received her B.Sc. degree with Cum Laude honor in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta (URU) in 2007, and accomplished eight from ten semesters of Petroleum Engineering in the Universidad del Zulia (LUZ). Veronica’s B.S. degree thesis title was: “Hydraulic Evaluation of the Ethylene Distribution System to users at Olefin Plants”. She also evaluated the Ethylene Pumping System of “El Tablazo” Refinery in her internship with Pequiven. Currently, she is attending to her MS. in Petroleum Engineering at The University of Tulsa, and her MS Research topic is “The Oil Chemistry in Emulsion Characterization.” |
